Manchester United poised to land Ryan Sessegnon
There has been intense speculation surrounding the future of Ryan Sessegnon in the last period.
The latest reports in England suggest that Manchester United are poised to land Fulham winger Ryan Sessegnon.
The 18-year-old has been subject to interest from various European clubs.
The 18-year-old has one and a half years left on his current contract which expires in 2020.
Ryan Sessegnon made 108 appearances across all competitions for Fulham, scoring 25 goals and supplying 17 assists in return. He is one of the brightest talents across Europe. The 18-year-old has not yet fully reached his prime.
Sessegnon has represented England at Under-16, Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 37 caps and scoring 7 goals.
The 18-year-old performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Manchester United.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær is a known admirer of the player and is reportedly keen on the idea of bringing him this summer. His versatile nature can help the manager to be more flexible with the formations.
According to The Sun, “Manchester United are reportedly set to swoop for Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon. The England Under-21 international has 18 months left on his current deal at Craven Cottage. But should the Londoners fail to escape relegation, Sessegnon, 18, will be sure to attract the attention of the Premier League’s big boys. The Express is reporting that United are plotting a £50million bid for the versatile teen. Sessegnon is believed to be “stalling on a new deal” at Fulham – probably waiting to see what division they will be playing in next season.”
