Manchester City join the hunt for Ryan Sessegnon
Manchester City are reportedly one of many clubs keeping tabs on England international Ryan Sessegnon.
According to the football transfer rumours in British media, Manchester City join the hunt for Fulham left-back Ryan Sessegnon.
Ryan Sessegnon made 68 appearances across all competitions for Fulham, scoring 21 goals and supplying eight assists in return.
He is one of the brightest talents across Europe. The 17-year-old has not yet fully reached his prime.
The England Under-19 international has been in outstanding form this season.
Ryan Sessegnon has represented England at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 level, winning 30 caps and scoring seven goals.
Pep Guardiola is looking to shore up his defensive options and Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon happens to be a target. He has always been a manager who keeps his eyes on the most talented young players across the globe.
The left-back can also play as a left midfielder of full-back, offering Guardiola a different option should he change his formation at Manchester City.
According to The Sun, “Manchester City join United and Tottenham in race for £40m (45 million euros) rated Fulham teen sensation Ryan Sessegnon. City will compete for the teenager as they do not want to miss out on one of the hottest properties in Europe”
Fulham would be wise to keep the England Under-19 international, but if they do let him go expect it to be for a hefty sum.
