Liverpool tipped to sign Fabio Carvalho

When it comes to the transfer market, Liverpool are simply one of the best in the business.

The latest reports in England suggest that Liverpool want to sign Fulham attacking midfielder Fabio Carvalho.

The 19-year-old has played all his life at Fulham. He has made his way through the youth system at the English club. His contract at Fulham is set to expire at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.

The attacking midfielder has banged in 7 goals and provided 2 assists in 17 matches this term on all fronts.

He’s incredibly experienced for a 19-year-old and still has tons of room for growth.

Carvalho has represented England at Under-15, Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 level, winning 29 caps and scoring two goals.

His performances have seen him become the target of many Premier League clubs including Liverpool.

Jürgen Klopp wants to sign a new attacker and Carvalho is one of the names at the top of his wishlist.

The Reds have built a reputation for recruiting young talent, predominantly targeting those with sell-on value and immense potential.

Carvalho has the talent to play many roles in attack.

The Reds have made no contact with Fulham as things stands, despite reports that chief scout Barry Hunter was in attendance for the Cottagers’ 6-2 win at home to Bristol City on January 15. Liverpool, however, are keeping tabs on Carvalho’s situation in west London with some reports claiming that Fulham could cash in before the close of the January transfer window.”

He has all the skillset required to be a success story at Liverpool. Therefore, it makes sense for Klopp to step up his attempts to bring the attacking midfielder to Premier League side.

Of course, the 19-year-old is not going to become a regular for Liverpool straightaway, but working under Jürgen Klopp would make him a better player.

If Klopp sees him as the right man for his side, Liverpool should quickly make a move to fend off interest from other clubs.
