The reports in England suggested that Liverpool are preparing move for Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina.
Southampton reportedly paid Juventus 17.2 million euros for Mario Lemina earlier this season. The 24-year-old has a valid contract with the Saints until June 2022.
Lemina made 22 appearances across all competitions for Southampton, scoring one goal.
The Gabon international has been in impressive form this season.
Mario Lemina has also scored two goals in 11 games for his country.
Adding a midfielder remains Liverpool’s priority this summer and Jürgen Klopp will have drafted a shortlist of a number of possible targets he could approach in the coming months.

And Anfield boss Jurgen Klopp is understood to be considering a close-season bid for the former Lorient and Marseille ace. The Reds considered signing Lemina from Marseille in 2015 before he went to Juventus instead. Reports in respected French sources L’Equipe and France Football claim Lemina has been lined up for a move to Merseyside.”
