Juventus eyeing Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura
Juventus are planning a move for Giacomo Bonaventura.
The reports in Italy suggested that Juventus are eyeing AC Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura.
The Italy international was signed by AC Milan in September 2014 from Atalanta for a fee of 7 million euros. The 28-year-old has a contract until 2020 with the club.
Since his arrival from Atalanta, Bonaventura has scored 25 goals and provided 22 assists in 125 games for AC Milan, including six goals and two assists in 30 games in all competitions this season.
The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Italy.
The Italy international has been in impressive form for Milan this season.
Giacomo Bonaventura has represented Italy at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 16 caps and scoring three goals, before making his senior international debut in May 2013. As a member of Italy national football team, Bonaventura won eight caps.
Massimiliano Allegri is looking to shore up his midfield options and Milan’s Giacomo Bonaventura happens to be a target.
The Juventus manager has been impressed by Bonaventura’s performances this season and could make a move in the coming transfer window.
According to Football Italia (via Il Massaggero), “Max Allegri has asked Juventus to bring Milan midfielder Jack Bonaventura to Turin next season. According to Il Messaggero, Bonaventura is just the kind of reinforcement the Bianconeri are looking for. It would be frankly unlikely, as Milan value him at around 30 million euros and he is a key figure in Gennaro Gattuso’s 4-3-3 formation.”

AC Milan appear to be adamant that no key players will be sold this summer, but Juventus are reportedly ready to tempt them with right offer for Bonaventura.
Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Juventus.
If he turns out to be a key player like many expect, it could be one of the club’s smartest transfers.
