Josip Pivaric joins Dynamo Kyiv

Dynamo Kyiv have been heavily linked with a move for Josip Pivaric over the course of the transfer window.

According to the Croatian Media (Sportske Novosti), Josip Pivaric has joined Dynamo Kyiv.

Josip Pivaric made 174 appearances across all competitions for Dinamo Zagreb, scoring 10 goals and supplying 24 assists in return.

The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best left-backs in Croatia.

Josip Pivaric has represented Croatia at Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 level, winning 27 caps and scoring two goals, before making his senior international debut in August 2013. As a member of Croatia national football team, Josip Pivaric has won 13 caps.

On Tuesday, Croatian Media confirmed the sale of Josip Pivaric to Dynamo Kyiv for a fee reported to be around 2 million euros.

Josip Pivaric was high in demand this summer, with him having enjoyed a sublime season for Dinamo Zagreb last term.
