Hull City left-back Andy Robertson in advanced negotiations with Liverpool
Liverpool are looking set to land Andy Robertson after British Media (The Guardian) revealed that they are in advanced negotiations with Hull City ahead of a potential move.
The Scotland international has joined Hull City from Dundee United for a fee in the region of 3.6 million euros in July 2014. The 23-year-old has a valid contract with Hull City until June 2018.
Robertson has played 115 times for Hull City since signing from Dundee United, scoring 5 goals and creating 10 assists in that time.
The Scotland international has been in impressive form for Hull City last season.
Andy Robertson has represented Scotland at Under-21 level, winning four caps, before making his senior international debut in March 2014. As a member of Scotland national football team, Andy Robertson has won 15 caps and has scored one goal.
The left-back’s contract at Hull City is about to expire in 12 months and a number of clubs are said to be monitoring his situation, with Liverpool showing the most concrete interest in an attempt to lure the player to their team.
