Everton will look to sign Kwadwo Asamoah
It’s no secret that Everton are interested in Juventus’s Kwadwo Asamoah. But who isn’t?
Everton will look to sign Juventus left midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah, according to the football transfer rumours in British media.
The Ghana international was signed by Juventus in July 2012 from Udinese for a fee of 18 million euros. The 29-year-old has a contract until June 2018 with the club.
Since his arrival from Udinese, Asamoah has scored five goals and provided 21 assists in 150 games for Juventus, including only one assist in 20 games in all competitions this season.
His record for Ghana is impressive. Kwadwo Asamoah has scored four goals in 69 matches for Ghana at senior level.
The report details that Sam Allardyce feels his midfield currently lacks some bite and that he could strengthen when the transfer window re-opens.
Everton have been impressed by his performances in the last few seasons and could make a move in the coming transfer window.
The Toffees will be desperate to make an impact in the summer transfer window.
The left midfielder can also play as a left-wing, offering Sam Allardyce a different option should he change his formation at Everton.
According to The Sun, ” Everton are lining up a summer move for Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah. Tottenham have also shown interest in the Ghana international, who will be a free agent in July. Asamoah, 29, has snubbed Juve’s offer of a new deal as he wants a new challenge.”
