Everton keen on Celtic striker Moussa Dembele
According to the football transfer rumours in Britush Media, Everton are keen on Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.
Moussa Dembele has joined Celtic from Fulham on a free transfer in July 2016. The 20 year-old has a valid contract with Celtic until June 2010.
Since his arrival from Fulham, Moussa Dembele has scored 32 goals and provided seven assists in 45 games for Celtic in all competitions this season.
The 20-year-old is considered to be one of the best strikers in France.
Moussa Dembele has represented France at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18, Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 38 caps and scoring 14 goals.
The France international is a player who has impressed many European Clubs this season, and it is understood that Everton manager Ronald Koeman would prefer playing him as a forward. Dembele could be perfect replacement for Everton star Romelu Lukaku.
Premier League clubs Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are apparently trailing Everton in the pursuit of Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.
Euro Football Rumours understood that Celtic valuate their striker in the region of 40 million euros.
How strong that interest is and whether the Toffees will make a summer move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
