The 30-year-old is considered to be one of the best wingers in Belgium. Hazard has also left his mark at the international stage after netting 32 goals in 106 senior appearances for the Belgium national team.
Eden Hazard is widely regarded as a key transfer target for Chelsea this summer.
Thomas Tuchel is a known admirer of the player and is reportedly keen on the idea of bringing him this summer.
Chelsea are in the market for just a handful of statement signings who can improve the first-team.
The Belgium international will offer the Chelsea boss the freedom to be more flexible with his formations, tactics and team selections.

However, they would only look to go to a maximum of €40m to €50m for the attacker they sold to Real in July 2019 for a club-record transfer of £130m including all add-ons.”
