Branislav Ivanovic could join Juventus in January

According to football transfer rumours in Serbian Media, Branislav Ivanovic from Chelsea is a shock January target for Italian giants Juventus.

Branislav Ivanovic has joined Chelsea from Lokomotiv Moscow, for a fee in a region of 13 million euros in 2008.

Serbia international is one of a the three players Juventus shortlist to replace the injured defender Dani Alves.

The Serbia international has been in fine form for Chelsea this season.

Italian champions are also interested in Matteo Darmian from Manchester United and Mattia De Sciglio from AC Milan as Branislav Ivanovic’s alternatives.

How strong that interest is and whether Juventus will make a January move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
