Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan are linked with a summer move for Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic, according to the football transfer rumours in Croatian Media.
Nikola Kalinic has joined Fiorentina from Dnipro for a fee in the region of 5.5 million euros in January 2016. The 29 year-old has a valid contract with Fiorentina until the June 2019.
Since his arrival from Dnipro, Nikola Kalinic has scored 32 goals and provided 11 assists in 78 games for Fiorentina, including 19 goals and four assists in 36 games in all competition this season.
Kalinic has also represented Croatia at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 38 caps across all age groups and scoring 31 goals.
The 29-year-old is considered to be one of the best strikers in Serie A.
The Croatia international has been in fantastic form for the Viola this season.
Nikola Kalinic has been long term target of Thomas Tuchel and Vincenzo Montella as the managers look to bolster their attacking options for the next season.
Euro Football Rumours understood that Nikola Kalinic has a 50 million euros buy-out clause included in his contract.
How strong that interest is and whether Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan will make a summer move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
