Aston Villa preparing move for Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma

As the summer transfer window comes closer and closer Aston Villa are being linked with more and more potential transfers.

As per British media, Aston Villa are preparing move for Brighton star Yves Bissouma.

The 25-year-old has been subject to interest from various Premier League clubs.

Brighton spent 16.8 million euros to sign the Mali international from Lille

in the summer of 2018. He has one year left on his current contract which expires in 2023.

The midfielder has featured in 23 matches this term, netting one goal and providing one assist in all competitions.

The 25-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Mali. Bissouma has also left his mark at the international stage after netting three goals in 18 senior appearances for the Mali national team.

Yves Bissouma is set to be a man in demand in the summer transfer window, with a host of clubs queuing up to pursue his signature.

A bid of Ings and cash may be enough to convince Brighton to sell Bissouma.”
