The Argentina international joined Feyenoord from San Lorenzo for a fee in the region of 7 million euros in September 2019. His contract expires in the summer of 2023.
The centre-back has featured in 48 matches this term, netting 3 goals and providing 3 assists in all competitions.
He is considered to be one of the best centre-backs in Argentina. Senesi has represented Argentina at Under-20 and Under-23 level, winning 4 caps and scoring one goal.
The Argentina international has just 12 months remaining on his contract and Feyenoord may consider a deal in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.
AS Roma are looking to sign a centre-back and have identified the 25-year-old as potential transfer target. Jose Mourinho is a firm fan of Feyenoord centre-back and Roma could make a move for the player if the financial aspect makes sense.

Marcos Senesi stands as an excellent option for Roma. He has all the skillset required to be a success story at Roma. Therefore, it makes sense for Mourinho to step up his attempts to bring the Argentina centre-back to Serie A side.
Roma fans would certainly love to see him arrive at the club.
