The latest reports in England suggest that Roma are linked with shock Alexandre Lacazette move.

Arsenal spent 53 million euros to sign the France international from Lyon in the summer of 2017. The 30-year-old has one year left on his current contract which expires in 2022.

In 170 appearances for Arsenal, Lacazette has managed to score 65 goals, and create 28 goals for his teammates.

Alexandre Lacazette has also left his mark at the international stage after netting 3 goals in 16 senior appearances for the France national team.

His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Roma.

Jose Mourinho wants to sign a new striker and Lacazette is one of the names at the top of his wishlist. He is a firm fan of Arsenal striker and Roma could make a move for the player if the financial aspect makes sense.

The Italian giants are in the market for just a handful of statement signings who can improve the first-team.

Lacazette is a traditional number nine, having all types of finishes in his locker. His finishing abilities when in and around the box will come as a massive asset to Mourinho’s side.

Therefore, it makes sense for Mourinho to step up his attempts to bring the French striker to Serie A side.
