The 20-year-old has four years left on his current contract which expires in 2023.

The 20-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in Portugal.
Gedson Fernandes has represented Portugal at Under-15, Under-16, Under-17, Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 63 caps and scoring 7 goals, before making his senior international debut in September 2018. As a member of Portugal national football team, Fernandes won 2 caps.
The Portugal international has impressed in Liga NOS this season and is starting to attract the interest of bigger clubs.

Sky Italia claim that Milan won’t stop with the signing of Ismael Bennacer and have made an enquiry for Gedson. They have only discussed the feasibility of the deal.”
