Valencia submit bid for Bordeaux midfielder Zaydou Youssouf

Valencia are planning a move for Zaydou Youssouf.

The reports in Spain suggested that Valencia have submitted bid for Bordeaux midfielder Zaydou Youssouf.

The 18-year-old has two years left on his current contract which expires in 2020.

Youssouf made 10 appearances across all competitions for Bordeaux.

The 18-year-old has been touted as one of the brightest young prospects in France.

Zaydou Youssouf has represented France at Under-18, Under-19 and Under-20 level, winning eight caps.

The report claims that Valencia manager has extensively scouted Zaydou Youssouf and is considering a move for the midfielder.

According to Football Espana (via Marca and France Football), “Valencia have made an approach for Bordeaux midfielder and France youth international Zaydou Youssouf, say reports in Spain. Marca cite France Football as reporting the 20-year-old is the subject of a €1.5m offer from Los Che despite just starting two Ligue 1 matches. Youssouf, of Comorian descent, has been capped up to Under-20 level for France and is tipped as a potential future international.”

The 18-year-old would be a very good addition for Valencia and they can afford him as well.

Stylistically, he would be a great fit in Valencia.
