His performances have seen him become the target of many European clubs including Paris Saint-Germain.

Thomas Tuchel is looking to shore up his goalkeeping options and AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma happens to be a target.

Paris Saint-Germain have built a reputation for recruiting young talent from within Europe, predominantly targeting those with sell-on value and immense potential.

According to Calciomercato (via Il Corriere della Sera), “PSG are determined to make an offer in the region of € 40/50 million to sign AC Milan’s goalkeeper Gigio Donnarumma. The Rossoneri, however, have placed a € 70 million asking price on the talented Italian goalkeeper who is on a € 6.5 million-a-year deal at the San Siro.”

Undoubtedly he would be a fantastic recruit for Paris Saint-Germain, but the French giants should focus on other positions rather than signing one more goalkeeper this summer.

How strong that interest is and whether PSG will make a move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
