Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura is interesting Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri

Juventus target Giacomo Bonaventura from Milan to boost their midfield options.

According to the football transfer rumours in Italian media, AC Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura is interesting Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri.

The Italy international was signed by AC Milan in September 2014 from Atalanta for a fee of 7 million euros. The 28-year-old has two years left on his current contract which expires in 2020.

Since his arrival from Atalanta, Bonaventura has scored 27 goals and provided 22 assists in 138 games for AC Milan, including eight goals and two assists in 43 games in all competitions this season.

The 28-year-old is considered to be one of the best midfielders in Italy.

Giacomo Bonaventura has represented Italy at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning 16 caps and scoring three goals, before making his senior international debut in May 2013. As a member of Italy national football team, Bonaventura won eight caps.

Juventus shortlist Giacomo Bonaventura as one of the prime transfer targets in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Massimiliano Allegri is looking to shore up his midfield options and AC Milan’s Giacomo Bonaventura happens to be a target. He is a long term admirer of Bonaventura and believes he can get the most out of the Italy international.

Giacomo Bonaventura has the talent to play many roles in midfield.

According to Football Italia (via Mediaset Premium), “Max Allegri has asked Juventus to buy Giacomo Bonaventura for next season and Milan quoted a €25m price, according to Mediaset Premium. The television station insists that Jack is one of the main transfer targets the Coach demanded if he is to remain in Turin.”

The Italy international will definitely be a good addition to the Juventus side, which will be competing in the Champions League next season.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Juventus come calling for Bonaventura in the summer.
