Manchester United linked with Juventus star Paulo Dybala

Manchester United are showing strong interest in Paulo Dybala.

According to the football transfer rumours in Italian media, Manchester United are linked with Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

The Argentina international was signed by Juventus in July 2015 from Palermo for a fee of 40 million euros. The 24-year-old has a contract until 2022 with the club.

Since his arrival from Palermo, Dybala has scored 57 goals and provided 22 assists in 119 games for Juventus, including 15 goals and four assists in 25 games in all competitions this season.

The 24-year-old is considered to be one of the best forwards in Argentina.

As a member of Argentina national football team, Dybala won 12 caps.

The Manchester United manager has kept an eye on Dybala for the last 12 months and he is impressed with the forward’s performances.

Dybala has been long term target of Jose Mourinho as the manager look to bolster his attacking options for the second part of the season.

Manchester United will be in the market for just a handful of statement signings who can improve the first-team.

According to the report, the Argentinean is going through tough times at Juventus as Allegri has benched him for the last three Serie A games. The Italian giants are believed to have ignored the initial enquiry for the 24-year-old forward. Manchester United are prepared to offer in the region of 70-80 million euros for the Argentina international, but Juventus want more than 165 million euros for the player.

Paulo Dybala is also being watched by Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Whether he will join Manchester United or not remains to be seen.

Paulo Dybala is well-learned in the Juventus’s system and an important part of the first-team. There’s no way Juventus would be willing to let Paulo Dybala go at a bargain.
