According to the football transfer rumours in the French Press, Monaco’s defensive midfielder Tiemoué Bakayoko has been linked with a move to Southampthon and Juventus in the last few weeks.
Tiemoué Bakayoko is thought to perfectly fit the profile of midfield player Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri wants to target in the winter transfer window.
The France international has scored two goals in 15 Ligue 1 outings for French giants Monaco this season.
The 22 year old defensive midfielder priority is to stay with Monaco, but the French team could accept the fact that they maybe losing Tiemoué Bakayoko during one of the next two transfer windows.
How strong that interest is and whether the Saints, Juventus or Stoke City will make a January move remains to be seen but it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on.
