Arsenal keen to land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Arsenal are reportedly one of many clubs keeping tabs on Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The reports in England suggested that Arsenal are keen to land Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Gabon international joined Borussia Dortmund from Saint-Etienne for a fee in the region of 13 million euros in July 2013. His contract expires in the summer of 2021.
Since his arrival from Saint-Etienne, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored 141 goals and provided 36 assists in 212 games for Borussia Dortmund, including 21 goals and three assists in 23 games in all competitions this season.
His record for Gabon is also impressive. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored 19 goals in 49 matches for Gabon at senior level.
Aubameyang is high in demand this winter, with him having enjoyed a sublime season for Borussia Dortmund this term.
The Arsenal manager is in the market for a new forward.
The Gabon international is thought to perfectly fit the profile of attacking player Arsene Wenger wants to target this month.
